Do you know who is selling
your rooms right now?
You set rates, parity, and terms. Yet distribution leaks through a chain of intermediaries you cannot see. Escapra is the layer where you decide who may sell, on what terms — and every booking is revalidated, reconciled, and audit-logged.
Alongside your PMS · Never instead of it
Three things hotels can't see today.
You can't see who's selling.
Distribution today is a chain of intermediaries. Visibility ends at the first re-seller. Disputes surface through customer complaints, not policy.
You set parity. You can't enforce it.
Rates drift between quote and confirm. Silent repricing erodes brand and parity. You discover the leak from the wrong end of the booking.
Audit is a phone call.
Reconciliation with intermediaries is manual. You can't reconstruct what happened on a disputed booking — or who authorized it.
Authorize. Revalidate. Settle. Audit.
Hotels stay in control. Authorized partners sell. Every booking is revalidated, reconciled, and audit-logged.

Settle
You choose who, at what rate, on what terms.
Partner
Which travel agencies, TMCs, wholesalers, bed banks, corporates, or destination partners may sell.
Rate plan
Which rate plans each partner is authorized against — and which they are not.
Restriction
Segment, channel, geography, and date-range restrictions per authorization.
Lifecycle
Approve, scope, expire, or revoke at any time. Revocation is immediate and audit-logged.
Nothing sells until you approve.
01
Partner requests access
A partner submits a request. You see their profile and proposed terms.
02
You review
Look at segment, footprint, history, and the terms they are asking for.
03
You scope
Choose rate plans, restrictions, and expiry. The authorization is your contract with them.
04
You approve — or revoke
Approvals are immediate. Revocations are immediate. Both are captured to the audit trail.
Your rates are honored — or the booking is rejected.
- 1
Quote → Hold → Revalidate → Confirm. There is no booking that skips revalidation.
- 2
If the rate has changed, the booking is held and the partner receives 409 PRICE_CHANGED.
- 3
The partner must re-accept the new rate before the booking confirms.
- 4
Stale inventory is blocked, not booked. Out-of-order ingest is rejected.
From booking to payout — one traceable lineage.
- 1
Each booking carries its governance decision, commission rule, and distribution chain.
- 2
Settlement is atomic, idempotent, and reconciled end-to-end.
- 3
Statements of account and settlements are queryable as a read, not a phone call.
- 4
Append-only audit — history is never updated.
Append-only. Nothing edited silently.
- 1
Governance decisions captured per booking.
- 2
Inventory decisions (FRESH / STALE_WARNING / STALE_BLOCKED) captured per booking.
- 3
Cancellation decisions captured per booking.
- 4
Operational incidents deduped, classified, and queryable.

Escapra sits alongside. It does not replace.
PMS remains PMS. Channel manager remains channel manager. We add a policy plane — we do not absorb the systems you already run.
Your PMS remains your PMS.
Escapra sits alongside. Your PMS stays the system of record for property, inventory, and reservations.
Your channel manager remains your channel manager.
If you use one, you keep it. Escapra adds the policy plane; it does not push inventory to consumer channels.
Your direct channel stays yours.
Escapra owns no demand. We do not sell rooms. We do not compete with your direct site.
Your contracts are yours.
Commercial terms with partners stay between you and them. Escapra enforces what you authorize — it does not negotiate it.
Your team stays where it is.
No new dashboards to staff, no new daily ops process. The audit is queryable when you need it; silent otherwise.

Common questions
Is Escapra a PMS replacement?
No. Your PMS remains the system of record. Escapra reads what your PMS authoritatively exposes and writes bookings and cancellations back. Capability degradation is respected — when the PMS surface degrades, we fail closed.
Is Escapra a channel manager?
No. A channel manager is a throughput engine — it pushes inventory and rates to consumer channels. Escapra is a governance layer: scoped partner authorization, live revalidation at booking, settlement lineage, append-only audit. You can use both.
Is Escapra an OTA or bed bank?
No. Escapra owns no demand, resells nothing, and never quotes consumers. We are the policy plane between hotel supply and the partners you authorize.
What happens if a rate changes between quote and confirm?
The booking is held. The partner receives 409 PRICE_CHANGED and must re-accept the new rate before confirmation. There is no silent repricing.
What does it cost?
